ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order. Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days, depending on your chosen shipping options at checkout. Our average processing time is 2 days and 15 hours. We'll send an email to let you know your order is on the way!
LOCAL PICKUP - Chicago (West Town)
Local pickup may be available for Chicagoland customers for original paintings on canvas only. Shannon Evans Art does not have a brick-and-mortar storefront location, and the artist doesn't allow public pickups from her art studio. However, under certain circumstance, local pickup surely will be considered if the timing, shipping costs, or convenience factors are found to be persuasive. The pickup location will be a neutral site near the Bucktown neighborhood in West Town. To discuss possible arrangements, please reach out to home@shannonevans.art.
ORDER TRACKING:
Order tracking and expected delivery times are provided by your chosen delivery carrier at check-out (USPS, UPS, & FedEx, DHL). You can effortlessly track your order by clicking on your carrier's tracking link from the shipping confirmation email you'll be sent after your purchase.
SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These are based on the order's weight and shipping destination location.
FREE SHIPPING IS AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED AT CHECK-OUT FOR ALL U.S. ORDERS $75+ & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OF $100+!
Multiple shipping options and carrier choices are available to customize your shipping at checkout in order to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship all over the world! Please note that orders outside the U.S. may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery. These fees are not in our control and are assessed by your local customs office.
To the very best of our ability, customs duties and taxes will be displayed at checkout to make your purchase as transparent and enjoyable as possible. However, there may be cases in which all import fees for your locale are not able to be included in the order total at checkout, and you may have additional fees from your local government. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

NOTES ON TARIFF WAR CHAOS:
• Shannon Evans ART has not raised prices on ANY products entering the U.S. in this current tariff fiasco. We'll keep this up as long as possible! 🤍
• There may be additional delivery delays for U.S. customers when purchasing products printed overseas. Almost all of our art is printed in the U.S. for U.S.-based customers, but a few products (like our crossbody bags) are fulfilled with our trusted partners in Europe & Asia. We recently had a test order of a purse held up at the New York Customs Affair Office for 8 freaking days. But it was so worth the wait! We really appreciate your patience & your business! 🤍
