We take pride in our products. The Shannon Evans Art team is constantly adding new artwork and gifts to the shop as sample products from our printing partners are personally tested and approved for quality. If a sub-par printed product were to slip through the cracks, somehow, and doesn't meet your expectations based on our good faith effort to represent it on our product page, then, by all means, please reach out at home@shannonevans.art to discuss a return or exchange for you. Customer feedback is essential to help Shannon Evans Art grow and thrive, and we welcome your thoughts and review. Your satisfaction is our priority!

 

Conditions
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We charge a standard 15% restocking fee unless there's a mess-up that was our fault or the fault of our shipping carrier.

We don't refund orders for buyer's remorse.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Shannon is a real person, not some conglomerate. Her professional reputation is at stake. Customer satisfaction is top priority. Reach out so we can make it right for you.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Similarly, hand-painted items (such as original paintings on canvas) are non-returnable items, as the cost of shipping/insuring these precious and delicate pieces costs a freaking arm and a leg. If for some reason you're not satisfied with your original painting or hand-painted fine art object, reach out at home@shannonevans.art and let us know. We'll do everything we can to make sure you have a positive experience buying from Shannon Evans Art.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We'll do our very best to expedite all customer return processing. You're important to us.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We'll notify you with an email once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
