Order tracking and expected delivery times are provided by your chosen delivery carrier at check-out (USPS, UPS, & FedEx in the U.S.). You can effortlessly track your order by clicking on your carrier's tracking link from the shipping confirmation email you'll be sent after your purchase. Please click on our Returns & Refunds link in the footer below for our full policy details. We don't want you to miss anything. But, we have your back! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (We also adhere to the 14-day cooling off period for orders placed by our friends in the European Union.) To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We'll notify you with an email once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. To start a return, you can contact us at home@shannonevans.art. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Yes, to the very best of our ability! If you see a product here that you like, but wish it was a different size, color palette, or even from a different painting, we can most likely accommodate your request. Only a small design fee (between $5-$40) would be negotiated on top of the orignal item's pricing, depending on the extent of your request. The average design fee is $12.  For example, if you fall in love with the Just Think About It Handheld Purse, but your best color is blue and you wish it was instead a Lake Michigan Handheld Purse, which we don't offer, we can do that for you! We add fresh art to our product catalog every week! We want to ensure that we're offering only the highest quality art and gift items for you. So when we use a printing parter for inked, embroidered, or sewn products, Shannon wants to make sure to test each offering personally for quality and craftsmanship. When she's happy with the final samples, she'll make products available. In other words, there are a ton of new arrivals she's busting to release as soon as they're ready for you! Shannon is working towards a future product line that offers her renowned hand-painted fine art objects. These will include curated designs for home décor, workspace organization, and style elements for your space! Give us a little time to navigate setting up all of the taxes, import duties, and shipping arrangements. We expect to have international shipping available in most counties in plenty of time for the winter holiday season!
